How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?

Within Mexico: Once the payment is processed, from 3 to 5 business days and there is also an express option the next business day.

Outside of Mexico: Depends on the country. Normally there is express service from 5 to 7 business days.

What are the payment options?

We accept all debit and credit cards, bank transfers or cash payment in our workshop.

Who makes LC products and where are they made?

All our products are designed and made by the Lili Carrillo team. They are handmade by women in Cholula, Mexico who work on a fair trade basis.

What materials do you use to make the products?

We use different materials such as cotton threads, felt, wool, synthetic laces, natural leather, vinipiel and we take advantage of scraps or recycled materials to reduce our waste to a minimum. The metal components are gold plated and in some accessories surgical steel and brass. We also use glass, crystal, semi-precious stones and wood beads.

Do the LC accessories have any meaning?

Each design we create has a different inspiration and purpose. Some designs are inspired by nature, geometry, different world cultures or powerful good wishes. You can take a look at the descriptions of each product in our online store and find what you need.

What do I do if an LC product is broken, incomplete or damaged?

You can contact us to show us what damage your LC product has and we can advise you to repair it or offer you maintenance in our workshop*.

*Costs vary depending on the case and shipping is covered by the customer.

How can I care for and clean my LC jewelry?

Avoid daily wetting or bathing with the jewelry and avoid exposing it directly to substances such as perfumes, creams, cleaners or sweat. You can sporadically wash the textile pieces with mild soap and water when they get dirty. Dry in the shade and in a ventilated place. The metal can be cleaned with special products for cleaning gold plate. Enjoy them a lot!

Can you gift wrap my purchase?

Yes we can gift wrap your purchase. Limited to one wrapper per item.
