Lili Carrillo Joyería was born in 2009, for the pleasure of designing and experimenting with a new jewelry proposal. With the use of materials other than the traditional ones, textures and a lot of color, he has developed a style that comes from the mixture of organic shapes, world cultures, autochthonous and contemporary Mexican traits that give his designs an original touch and full of life.
It is a brand based on the international principles of fair trade. It employs people from the community who are looking to develop, having the option of working at home managing their own hours and getting a fair payment for their work. Part of the profits are allocated to training courses for women.
His pieces have been exhibited in museum shops such as: L'Orangerie and Quai Branly in Paris, Ark Encounter Museum in Kentucky and Museo de Artes Populares in Mexico City. He has participated in fairs and design events in the USA, Mexico, Spain, Italy and South Korea, among others. Lili Carrillo draws on adventures, travels, and cultures from Mexico and the world to create unique and delicate pieces. All meticulously made by hand. Made to beautify the spirit.
